Denise’s journey with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis began over 40 years ago, taking her from patient to student, to instructor, and educator. She has turned a lifetime of movement challenges into a passion for helping others discover what their bodies can truly do.

With every client, she brings knowledge, empathy, and an unwavering belief that movement and the mind-body connection is freedom, strength, and possibility.

New to our Studio?

Step Inside With Confidence.
Arrive 10 minutes early for class.
Check in for class.
Length of class is 55 minutes.
Instructor will welcome you to your Reformer.
Wear & Bring:
Comfortable clothes to move in, grip socks, and a water bottle.
Fitness Level & Experience
Beginners are welcome and are highly encouraged to take Intro and Foundational classes.
Instructor Support
Our emphasis is on guidance, form correction (only if needed), and modifications.

We will provide a supportive space for you to feel comfortable asking questions and communicating what your body needs.
Studio Etiquette
Please Silence Phones. If you must take a call, step outside.
Be on time for your class. It’s respectful to the other participants and to your instructor.

Be aware of cancellation and no show policies.

Studio cleanliness. Each person wipes down their equipment with provided cleaner after class.

If you are sick, please stay home and get well.
