Begin Here: Pilates Essentials
This is the foundation for all of the Instructor Trainings and is required for all certifications.
This 16 hour training includes  the most important information on anatomy, assessment, biomechanics and foundational exercises needed to become a successful Pilates teacher, personal trainer, or fitness instructor.
